Questions businesses ask
What does an AI consultant actually do for a small business?
I find the computer work your team repeats every week and build something that does it. That could be logging into portals to pull reports, copying data between systems that don't talk to each other, or matching payments. I use Python, browser automation, and AI assistants. The decisions stay with your team.
Can AI be used safely with client or patient data?
Yes, if it's set up the right way. Free and personal AI plans aren't the place for that data. For health information you need a plan that comes with a BAA, with the right settings turned on. I help businesses pick the plan and set it up. I'm not a lawyer, so your compliance person should look over the final setup. Here's how it works.
Do I need to replace my software?
Usually not. I build around the email, portals, spreadsheets, and systems you already have. Most of the time the fix is a link between two of them.
